Bold color has always been at the heart of my artwork, and this painting reflects that passion. Against the brilliance of an African sunset, a zebra mare gently shelters her foal, capturing the quiet strength and protective bond found in nature.

The dramatic contrast between the vivid sky and the striking black-and-white patterns of the zebras creates a balance of warmth, serenity, and power. Through this painting, I hoped to celebrate not only the beauty of wildlife but also the universal connection between parent and child.

Bold color and the beauty of nature come together in Beetopia. I wanted to capture a close-up view of nature at work, bringing the normally small world of the bee forward and making it the center of attention.

Surrounded by flowers and an expansive landscape, the oversized bee creates a playful change in perspective. Through vivid color and exaggerated scale, I hoped to celebrate the important role these remarkable creatures play in the natural world.
